Paneer Bhurji Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250 gms of Paneer
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- 1 finely chopped green chili
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Add the chopped onion, tomato and green chili, and sauté until they turn golden brown
- Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and red chili powder, and mix well
- Add the paneer and mix everything together
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add salt to taste and stir
- Serve hot with chapati or paratha
