Do Pyaza gravy

Do Pyaza is a popular Indian dish consisting of a rich, flavorful gravy. To make it, you will need the following ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons of ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
Instructions:
  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  1. Add the onions and cook until they are soft and golden brown.
  1. Add the ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chilies, and cook for a few minutes.
  1. Add tomato paste and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the gravy is thick.
  1. Add garam masala.
  1. Add the chopped cilantro and stir to combine.
  1. Serve hot with steamed basmati rice or chapati. Enjoy!
